Hi I plan to use a split routine and for my triceps I am going to use these:
Barbell Skull crushers (6 sets 8 reps)
Dumbbell Skull crushers (6 sets 8 reps)
Tricep extensions (3 sets 8 reps)
Chair dips (3 sets 10 reps)
BUT I want to remove 1 exercise from those and include the exercise which I love and got results from: Hammer curls.
which do I remove from those 4 exercises please?
