I'm doing some tricep and bicep bulking along with the pecs and all, just sticking to upper body at the moment cause the lower is good. I got two questions.
How many times is recommended for bulking on these muscles per week with the protein powder
and
if used purely for bulking, should protein powder be taken an hour before workout and immediately after or just immediately after?
