Well, today I weigh 202 lbs, and I'd like to drop another 20 lbs by my birthday which is Dec 19th. I'll be turning 21 and I wanna fit back into my "skinny" pants (no, they're not very skinny they are size 14's but I wear an 18 now) and have everyone back home tell me how great I look. Yes, I'm an attention hog.:D Anyway, here goes nothin!

any particular plan you're going to be using to lose weight?

but honestly you should be losing weight for yourself.. not what other people think of you.. just remember that... :D
 
I think 20lbs til your birthday is a great realistic goal you've set up for yourself :)
What sort of plan are ya gonna do to lose it? Reducing calories? Exercising as well?

Whatever you decide to do, just remember to keep kicking your butt into gear whenever you don't feel like doing it anymore! :D
 
Yep! Calories and exercise, isn't that what it's all about? Yesterdays stats: calories - 1247
2 walks with son in stroller (1/2 hour each)
2.5 miles on elliptical machine
3 liters of water

Todays goals: take the uphill route on my walk, remember to wear my ankle weights (I bought them for a reason!) and avoid the temptation to step on the scale (trying to only do that once a week)

Alrighty, time for yesterdays stats:
Cals- 1022
Walked 45 mins with stroller (uphill route!)
Jumped on my trampoline to music - 20 minutes
H2O - 2.5 liters (yeah I know I know!)

Todays goals: Get to the gym, Make and drink that green tea that is just sitting in my pantry, Avoid the stroopwafels that are calling out to me from the kitchen

Yeah I know my diary is REALLY exciting, but thanks for reading anyway!

Well it sounds like you're doing awesome so far!
Isn't it so hard not to get on the scale though?
I remember last time I tryed losing weight. I didn't have a problem at all, but this time, for some reason I have to tell myself no no NO when I want to get on that scale every single day. *shrugs*

Anywho! Keep it up! WOOOHOO!:D
 
Hmmmm.... yesterday was not as productive as I had hoped.
Cals- 1338
1 30 min walk w/ stroller and ankle weights
H2O - 3 liters
Remembered to take my multi! (thats rare....)

Todays goals: STILL need to drink that green tea, get some use out of my Swiss ball (seems like all I ever do is sit on it while at the computer) and remember to do my stretches because I have been so sore.

My scale is no longer within reach. Yesterday I had my husband lock it up, only to be taken out on my weigh days. But if it's not one thing it's another cause now my measuring tape is staring at me, aaarrrgg!

Thought I'd mention the experiment I tried yesterday for kicks. I took a tube of a clay facial masque that I don't like (dries my face out something terrible!) and used it to do a home made body wrap. Lol, I slathered it all over my tummy, wrapped it up with Saran Wrap, taped all that down, tightened it up with a waist cincher and took a nap under my electric blanket! I'm so goofy..... I lost half an inch from my waist (sure that will come back as soon as I drink something) but my skin feels so smooth now, I bet it would help with my stretch marks. I guess it's worth trying again (anything to remove those stretch marks!!)
 
It's the weekend, yay!! I had 2 celebratory slices of meat lovers pizza last night, and still stayed within my limit. Go me!! Yesterdays stats:
Cals- 1308
30 min Denise Austin video (she kinda creeps me out.....)
some ab work on the Swiss ball
H2O- 2 liters

Todays goals- relax and enjoy my saturday, but lay off the junk!

Ok, I should've done better over the weekend! The good news- I didn't gain. The bad news- I didn't lose either! I didn't get to the gym. It was just a lazy cuddle up and watch a movie while eating my low cal popcorn kind of weekend. Sigh.....

Todays goals:
Get off my butt! Eat a healthy breakfast. Take my multi and break out the trampoline! I don't get on the tramp often enough cause it's a pain to take out and put back.

Oh- I have a doctors appt today (gonna check my thyroid) wish me luck!

hmmm....maybe i shd go pop some tonite for munching in office this week.
