I read this in one page.. something about oxygen and heres what I kinda got
1. Walking at 3 miles per hour 7mlO2/kg/min 85 minutes
2. Jogging at 4miles per hour 14mlO2/kg/min 35 minutes
3. Running at 5.5 mi Wles per hour 21mlO2/kg/min 18 minutes
6. Running at 9 miles per hour 42mlO2/kg/min 6.5 minutes
So anyways I got a treadmill and what I do is
warm up for about 5 mins on 2.5 mph then 4 mph for 5 mins
Then I jog for 20 mins on 5.5 mph
Then walk again for 8 through 10 mins on 4 mph
Then jog again for 20 mins on 5.5 mph
then I walk for 5 mins on 4 mph then and that's it
I sweat a lot after that work out... anyways instead of wasting an hour would it be the same if I did this...
Warm up on 2.5 mph for 5 mins
Walk for 5 mins on 4 mph
Run on 9 mph for 6.5 mins
walk for 10 mins on 4 mph
Run on 9 mph for 6.5 mins
walk for 5 min on 4 mph
