Hi I am a new member as of today.
I had a baby boy 8 months ago and I am in need of a workout consisting of walking/running on treadmill.
I have been fast walking on treadmill for 30 minutes 5 days a week and been eating healthy for last 2 weeks. Is 30 minutes long enough for weight loss?
Also, what workout tapes are reputable? A silly question too, what slims calves, I noticed my calves look bulky since working out on treadmill.
I'll appreciate all advice given, thank you guys.
