Treadmill at Home

Hi,

I am thinking of buying a treadmill for use at home...

The question is do you think it will be alright to have it upstairs.

I live in a fairly new house and the treadmill will be average size and weight.(it is a RogerBlack gold treadmill)

I know it would be better downstairs but the lack of room leaves this option unlikely....

Any advice would be welcome......

I'm sure it will be alright to have upstairs, it's just the pain in the butt getting it up there, and then when you are walking/running on it, what it sounds like on the main level at the time... At my parents house (which is an old farm house), they had it upstairs, and you could always tell when someone was on it even when you were outside...

won't don't people just run outside or something instead of spending a fortune on treadmills this is why the planet is in such a bad way!
