Traps development

Hey every1!
Ive been working out for about 6 months now and am slightly concerned that my left trap is slightly more developed than my right. Its not really noticable to others but im worried that in the future it could look kinda odd! I generally do upright barbell raises and dumbell shrugs. Im not sure if this is a common technique error or what.
Any help, tips or whatever would be appreciated.
Cheers!:beerchug::newbie:

your right trap should catch up with your left over time.

Drop the DB shrugs. If you're already doing upright rows you just don't need them and traps (unless for a specific reason) arn't something that really need to be big and developed.

why wouldn't you want big and developed traps? As long as everything else is developed to balance for it, I don't see how it's a problem..

and I'm assuming that by "traps" you mean the upper traps, like every other size fanatic :p

You're right, but I'm naturally assuming that everything else isn't developed based on what body parts most men prioritize in their routine. Big traps looks awesome but getting carried away can f uck up ya posture.

um,,, I am learning that many of us uneducated physical active people are not really aware of the entire "Trap." Boring short lil movement exercises that develop the ignored portion of the trap are easily skipped over. Thus the more attractive lifts, such as Bis, Tris, Chest and majopr back muscles like lats and all that give us bad posture too.

How cool is that. I have actually learned soething here Georgen and i can contribute.

*a balanced rotuine is critical, if a person actually plans to work enough to develop.

SO- get soem help with an overall body developmet plan from somebody who actually knows- oh,, and that isn't me.
