Liz is doing okay now.

It took a bit of time, and perhaps in a future post I might unload a little and share the past events but regardless .. Liz is here.

I'm on my mobile right now, so a full stat update will have to be done tomorrow morning. I wish I could say that I maintained, but in reality I'm just glad I made it out of it alive.

Almost back at my starting weight, but that's okay. It only gives me hope that if I did it once, I can do it again!

I'm looking forward to catching up with you guys. I hope everyone has been doing well, and the new year has been treating you right.
