training time

When do you feel is the best time to do your grueling workout? i`d prefer to get mine in at around 1 to 2 o`clock but due to school i cant. so i`m forced to train late. by 9 i`m ALWAYS ready, do you think that its to late?

also i thought this would be worse becuase after the session i have protein shake immeditaly after then all i have is supper which includes 2 sandwiches which comprise of 1 egg yolk and 2 egg whites plus a slice of processed cheese.

so i think that i could have got better gains in the long run if i had either ate much more to supply for my growing all-through out the night or trained during the day (1 pm etc..) because that would mean i would be fueling my body much more because i would have the other meals of the day to go.

when do you train and what do you think about my little comment? makes sense or i better go wash my mouth out with soap?

Strength training in the morning, 1-2 hours after feeding myself--depending on the size of the meal and whether it's liquid..I go with liquid so I don't puke it up--is what I do.

The idea is to do it whenever you can, but I don't buy into that. In the morning you're fresh and ready to go. You can get your nutrition in, solid, and then feed yourself all day to replenish your glycogen stores. I also find that after strength training in the morning, I feel full of energy..and just great, overall. If I trained at 9pm (which is when I go to bed, lol) that'd screw me up completely. Also, exercise late in the evening interferes with getting good sleep. Pretty sure that's an objective fact.

When I say morning I'm talking 6am..but my vote is: the earlier in the day, the better.
