Well, at the risk of trolling and saying dumb stuff :), are you really as fat as you think you are? 10-13% fat is not that bad even for a martial artist. Also, is you comparison to others well founded? Have you been training as long as they have?

Just keep up the training, and you should find whatever fat you will melt over time. Remember, the less fat you have, the slower it takes to burn.

Apologies for the dumb stuff. :)

Hey, i dont realy know how much body fat % i accually have but i THINK its about 10-13 %.
And i havent been training as long as they have, (never thought of that befour...)
I have been training for almost a year with marsial arts and almost 2 years at gym.
Some of them are 19 and 18 and they have been training for like 3-4 years :p
I guess that 1 year is a very little time for the body to lose the fat under the skin?

My diet is ordinary i think. I still live at home and i eat wats getting served :p + school food
But Im drinking ALOT of milk, like 2 glasses 0.5%fat almost every meal :O is that too much ?
Thx for the fast answer btw :) realy appreciate it.

It takes at least a few good years for the body to shape in accordance to choice of activities. 2 glasses is ok. When it comes to diet, you want to look at processed vs fresh foods. If your eating a lot of pastas, rice, breads and anything with starchy processed carbs, that is going to make the body a less efficient fat burning machine. Fresh fruit and veg and good, reliable, lean proteins is the base standard for nutrition.

Ok :D thx for info.
Feels good to hear that im not doing enything wrong :D
TY both of u, i think ive got all info i need now ^^
