Trainig for mass whilst running daily

I didn't want to start disagreeing with people in other posts incase I was wrong. However I believe that even when trying to gain muscle mass and size it is benificial to run for 20mins every day.

I believe that to build muscle, you gotta get your blood pumping, as it is the blood which carrys the nutriants to the muscles.

I understand that its burning up energy, but its only 20mins so your not going catabolic.

Since I started running every day, I have found that my strength has increased, I believe this is due to my fitness and the ability to put more of a strain on my body during hard exercises like deadlift, clean and press.
