Well even though I have come a long long way it has taken quite a while.
I started this journey at 275 pounds at 5'8". I really wonder how I got so heavy and why I did not realize or want to do something about it. I would start and stop and start and stop. I currently weigh as of this morning 224.

I need to keep in mind why I am doing this so I will post here for the whole world to see.

1. You are unhappy with yourself.
2. You are embarrassed and have the need to hide yourself from the world.
3. You are unhealthy.
4. You are worth it.

Remember you are doing this for you. Not for your kids not for your husband and not so the rest of the world will like you. The rest of the world can f off if they do not like what you look like. What is important is for you to love you and that comes with self acceptance.

My goals short and long term goals.

1. Daily goal, be true to yourself
2. Eat properly
3. If you fall 7 times get up 8. So if you mess up with your diet then pick yourself up and move on. Do not dwell in the past as there is nothing you can do to change the past. Never look back.
4. Do not weigh yourself everyday.
5. Lose at least 5 pounds a month, inches are way more important then the pounds.
6. Train for atleast 1 hour 6 days per week 3 days with your personal trainer and 3 on your own, dosent matter if you box and kickbox or do wind sprints you must do something!!
7. Long term goal to get to 145 pounds.

So there we have it. Tonight I am taking a boxing class with a MMA fighter and I am excited he always has such a great class!!
Friday morning I work with my PT and I am sure it will be a killer workout as I have told him to push me hard!!

Welcome to the forum and wich you continues success. You are doing an amazing job.

I love everything you listed and your goals are great.

Well it is Monday, the weekend went good. I ate like I was supposed to which is so hard for me on the weekends because I get so busy and then I do not eat and then when I do I eat whatever I can grab which usually turns out to be crap.

I weighed myself this morning and I am soooo happy to report that I lost 4 lbs last week. No inches which concerns me.... But I did lose pounds. Maybe I am going to go in cycles where I lose no pounds but lose inches and then vise versa...

I took a boxing class at 6:15am this morning and this evening I will work with my personal trainer for an hour. I plan on working out 2 times a day to total 2hours per day of cardio/weight training on Monday - Wed and Fri then just an hour per day on Tue - Thur and Sat with Sunday being my rest day. In a couple weeks I will stop the boxing kickboxing in the mornings and start my run walks for 45 min to an hour.
