Hi everyone
I'll try to introduce myself and to keep track of my weightloss journey over here. I don't need to loose a lot. Maybe 3-4 kg and that will be enough for me. However I struggle a lot with changing my eating habbits. The biggest problems that I have are:
1. Eating a lot of sweets.
2. Drinking energy drinks and coke.
3. Drinking sweet milky coffee too often.
4. Not eating enough of vegetables.
5. Eating snacks too ofen at work.
As it's not healthy, I'll try to change my eating habbits little by little and I hope that tracking the process will help be to be more cautious about what I eat. I probably won't write my food diary daily, but maybe I'll write short summaries of how succesfull was the day.
I think I'm doing quite ok with sports. I cycle to work and back every day, wich is 45 min. of cycling to one side. I'll try to do my old workout regime at home twice a week using dumbbells. Also, I'll try doing 15-20 min. belly exercise daily or almost daily, cause I started going to belly dance classes and I'd like to have a nicer belly
My height is 177 cm, which is 5'9 feet, the weight is something around 71 kg (157 lbs). I'll weigh myself tomorrow.
Ok, let's get started
