Total Lean--??

I've been playing tennis for school everyday...practicing..running 'n a lot of footwork. Sometimes afterwards i go work out even more...which i love. But i was curious, my partner 'n i are -workout buds- and we both want to lose weight, and get toned more...i searched on the net for healthy ways to get toned and lose weight easily, i found a pill @ GNC(Total Lean)..i've been taking it 2 times a day for about a week now---it boosts metabolism and keeps my energy up, but the last ingredient is caffine, so it doesnt have that much..cuz i *do know caffine is bad. SO i was just curious if this was a good or bad choice...? Let me know;) muchas gracias! ;)

I have no experience with this Total Lean.

But if you want a healthy way to lose weight and tone up, my suggestion would be stick to a regular cardio and strength training plan. Eat well and sleep often :)

Anything that has caffeine in it is not the best choice in my opinion. Just my view.

thanks-

hello hello.
thanks for the advice. i know caffine isnt the best for you @ all...i just wanted to try Total Lean. Its safe...thats all i was lookin for. It seems to be working...its not like i'm just sittin around on my butt---i work out everyday..just kinda wanted help..ig uess u culd call it cheating, but it works. Theres only 60 pills....so once i'm done w/ this bottle...i'm goin on my own..just needed a boost in the booty~thanks again. take care.

caffeine isn't all that bad.

Hey there. I would have to say caffeine isn't all that bad compared to a lot of things you could be taking. There are a lot of health benifits they say from caffeine as well. Things are always changing. I agree with Lynn when she says weight training and cardio will give you results. Weight training is an absolute must. I have one coffee before my every morning cardio that consists of aprox 45 minutes of interval training on different machines all the time to change things up so I don't hit a plateau. I would have to say regarding any fat burner to check it out with your dr. All the best in your workouts and I seriously don't think that caffeine is that big of a deal. ;)

I think that if it has little caffeine in it they are just putting it in to make you feel good and want to but more! also to get you hooked on it just like people get hooked on coffee and have to buy more
