I've been playing tennis for school everyday...practicing..running 'n a lot of footwork. Sometimes afterwards i go work out even more...which i love. But i was curious, my partner 'n i are -workout buds- and we both want to lose weight, and get toned more...i searched on the net for healthy ways to get toned and lose weight easily, i found a pill @ GNC(Total Lean)..i've been taking it 2 times a day for about a week now---it boosts metabolism and keeps my energy up, but the last ingredient is caffine, so it doesnt have that much..cuz i *do know caffine is bad. SO i was just curious if this was a good or bad choice...? Let me know
