Total Gym/Rail-type Gym Workouts

Does anyone have links of specific workout programs using this type of machine?

I have been doing the following since I have been off from working out for some time:
Pull up
Bench
Military press
biceps curl / triceps extension

2 sets of 15
------
I have considered doing some workout daily (M-F). Any suggestions?

Considering the low intensity of this machine daily workouts would not be detrimental, right?
