why red meat for fat loss? its not the leanest or easiest to digest, and i agree when adding muscle it should be part of ones diet but is there some reason why red meat should rank higher in the top 9 (or just make it number 10, for christs sake, who has a list of 9!?)
He did say quality, which woud lead me to believe he means lean. Lean ground beef is the exact same nutritional quality as turkey, just more expensive. Probably because it tastes better.
