awe thanks! :) it looks better if you could actually see the whole outfit but my phone sucks and i didnt have a good mirror haha. but i have black leggings with lace that cut off mid calf area.

so my test results came back. they say i'm not allergic to anything and everything came back fine. so i guess it's just a normal sensitive stomach. my doctor said it's something like anxious stomach. she also said exercise is the best thing for ibs(if it is a touch of ibs) so i'm on the right track by going to the gym.

not much else to say, i went to the gym yesterday which was good. THOUGH unfortunately i did see someone i know at my gym for the first time. it was a little awkward for me because i kinda wanted my exercise to be a private experience with just me and my mother(and sister) but she's bigger than me so i know she isn't judging me. maybe we'll be workout buddies eventually.
 
i weighed myself today. i gained 2 lbs :(
im not measuring myself tomorrow, im so mad at myself.
im going for a walk today then the gym. uggggggghhhhsdjkfhjksdgfhjksdfd

I am off today so have a good time while i am gone. Sorry that hte scales went up. Are you only weighing weekly. I'm starting to think that more frequent weighing is maybe better after all but its a personal thing i guess. But so long as you are doing the right things, it will go down. I think if you have some slip ups you shouldn't believe you are going to get away with it. Lots of people seem to think they get away with it cause the scale doesn't go up right away but i think unless you compensate and make up for it in some way, its gonna catch up with you.

There are other reasons for the scale going up. Menstruation can push it up a lot and overnight. Going slack on your exercise routine can push it up incrementally. I just saw that happen with me. (I chose not to exercise because i have had too much to do and no time for ex. It took until the day i lost the weight to understand why it was going up so fast but after a day of being active in the garden adn i saw it drop a lot overnight, i realised what happened.) So the moral is try not to lose heart and keep doing the good things - whether or not you weigh yourself more or less often. Keep doing the good things. calorie control and regular exercise, and keeping hydrated.

hey guys thanks for the support. i just finished my period so hopefully that has something to do with it. unfortunately last week i slacked and only went to the gym once so i know i can only blame myself for this and not anyone/anything else. thats why im so mad at myself. i let it slip for a week. but im back on track if anything this is making me push harder. i'm dissapointed i only lost 3 lbs in 3 weeks then gained back 2 within a week! i finally see why losing weight is so hard on someone. my mother also gained 2 lbs so we're both so determined and we agreed we're gonna work extra hard at the gym tonight.


ANYWAY- back to my diary:
breakfast was half of a portion of lobster ravioli that my sis left me. i wanted to have it for breakfast cause i wanted it to be gone so i wouldnt crave it at night. that was about 400-500 cal.


then i went for a 40 min walk. i was so mad at myself and i was walking so fast that my usual 30 min trail only took 15 minutes! when i saw the clock i started just walking everywhere. it's so hot out i got home after 40 mins and was just exhausted lol

for lunch i'm having a can of tuna - 191 cal.

now im gonna vaccume the whole house and then when my mom gets home i'm hitting the gym.
 
went to the gym, saw 2 other people i know lol. thank god curves is just for women.
dinner was an orange- 62
2 rice cakes- 70
6 blocks of laughing cow- 80

im only eating so little for dinner cause my sis said the lobster raviolli earlier was more cal than i thought :(
i keep joking with her that she sabotaged me haha
 
WHAT THE HELL lol
i must've done something right yesterday because the scale says i lost 3 lbs!!
so yesterday i was 191, and today i'm 188.
well im not complaining, im very happy about it :)
 
breakfast- egg- 70
rye bread- 100
cheese- 30

200 cal
i just also went for a 30 min walk


yesterday i went shopping, and spent 500 dollars! yikes. lol
so we walked about 3 and a half hours straight. my sister, mom and i shared a plate of chinese food for lunch

then we went for dinner and i got chicken and a potato.


on another note the probiotics seem to be doing wonders for my tummy. :) im not having nearly as many stomach aches
 
What's butterscotch coffee? Do you add your own sauce orrr? <3
