Hi guys, first time doing this..
I weighed myself yesterday morning and I was 9.6st (134.4 lb) and am just under 5ft1". A weight I would be happy with would be around the 8st mark.
I started the 3 day diet yesterday. I'm not sure if anyone has any opinions about it; I know its faddie but my long term goals ARE long term; I guess I just wanted something to start me off.
Today started very well.
Breakfast: I egg, wholemeal toast. 1/2 banana
Lunch: 5 low fat crisp breads with cottage cheese
Dinner: 2 hot dog sausages, brocolli and carrots. Small amount of low fat icecream and 1/2 a banana
I've been having a cup of green tea after every meal and have been taking the advice given about drinking plenty of water.
I also went for a 30-45 minute dog walk today which included some steep hills, another dog walk in the evening for about 30 minutes and attempted my new Davina workout DVD (Much to my disappointment as I was really enjoying it the disk didn't work; My replacement is expected here tomorrow, no excuses eh?!)
I felt like I had done quite well. Once I've finished day 3 of the diet tomorrow I am going to be going back to small healthy meals; I have alot of rosemary connolly magazines and slimming world with great low fat recipes too. That said I found myself a little tearful tonight; I'm not sure if its related to the diet at all, I've done it before and have sort of had some weird mood crashes..
Can't wait to do the Davina Dvd tomorrow! And looking forward to making some delicious low fat meals so I don't feel so restricted.

There wont be alot of time to work out tomorrow as I will be looking after my niece who is about 14? months old, I'm sure she will keep me on my toes and I have shorted toning exercises I can do later on after she's gone home.
