Too Old?

Have I left it too late to shed a little weight from my belly area?

I'm 29 but find it hard to lose any?

I do 3 hours of cardio a week which is made up of football and badminton.

I am starting to lift weights again to try to help?

My stats are -

Weight 83KG
BF 13.1%
Height 183cm

Please advise
 
Never too old!
I am almost 48 and over the past year I have lost 25 pounds and decreased my bodyfat from 20+% down to 12%. What I have learned is that no matter how hard you work until you get your diet right you will never lose that belly fat.
This is a great forum and you can learn a lot on how to acheive your goals no matter what they are.
