too much free time....

ok, so i got laid off from work and now i have like 10 hours of free time.

so i work out in the morning and do my lifting.... 2 body parts a day
then at night i run and do abbs.

i dont have anything else to do so what can i do without being counter productive to gaining muscle mass

Develop new delicious healthy recipes, share what you know with others, or... try to find another job!

There are thousands of things you could do with your free time. I know this is a physical fitness forum, but I recommend also working on your emotional, mental, and spiritual fitness -- it goes a long way towards real happiness and a feeling of self worth.

Get a nice MMORPG like World of Warcraft. You can kill some serious time with that damn game. You may get to be lazy and fat playing it but it sure as hell gives u somethin to do when your bored.

omg you'll have zero free time if you play WOW or Galaxies.....

yep, that is one truly addictive game. I'm at level 25 with a night elf - rogue, but I haven't played it in ages ;)

HAHA i play WOW and i used to play star wars galaxies and i used to play UO. DUKE NUKEM YEAAA! That game is the ****. Especialy the one for 64. Lol maybe video games was the reason i was fatter in middle school than i am now lol.

You guys might take offense to this, but I think this is the lamest thread we've got. A bunch of people talking about "roll playing games" (most of which you don't really get to "roll") instead of working out.

there is nothing lame about video games

I actually take my GameBoy SP to the gym and play it while I'm on the bike or treadmill.

Video games kick ass, I wish I had more time to play them. I got 4 new PS2 games over a month ago and have barely touched any of them. So I do have my priorities but its a great way to relax IMO. You can't spend ALL your free time working out.
