Too many excercises?

re-read what I said in the previous post...you don't necessarily have to have one set rep range for one set day, you can train in different rep ranges - it's up to you how you split it up.

Some people do train one range on a set day, but some train different reps on the same day. Explosive lifts, like cleans, are better are lower reps. Personally I would put them on a lower rep day if you plan to do different reps on different days.

oh ok i understand what your saying. I am 17 years old and should be able to do the lifts. So according to you what should I do? Can you take my routine and tweak it to your performance? Also about the benchin and milatry press what should I do there?

Just test it out how you have it right now, don't worry about it so much being set in stone, you may have to tweak/change something anyway if something comes up.

Personally, the only thing I would change in what you have right now is doing dips instead of the db flat bench in workout B, you can also look into DB neutral grip flat bench - this is just me being nit picky with things that I like more...

I would add external rotations, reverse flys, and face pulls sometime, not necessarily right away, but eventually stick them at the end of your workout...
