re-read what I said in the previous post...you don't necessarily have to have one set rep range for one set day, you can train in different rep ranges - it's up to you how you split it up.
Some people do train one range on a set day, but some train different reps on the same day. Explosive lifts, like cleans, are better are lower reps. Personally I would put them on a lower rep day if you plan to do different reps on different days.
