Too many Calculations

Ok, concerning gaining weight.
Im a short thin skinny guy. Everytime I ask someone for a simple workout program, people tell me to count my carbs, calories all this garabage. Now i know for a fact that I wont be able to keep count of all that stuff, So if i just lift and eat decent am i gonna see results?
 
Dann - here's the deal, sure those people are right, you do need to do that...but if you're short and skinny, you've probably got a great metabolism.

If you lift, you'll see results. Just eat a lot, you'll be burning alot of fat and calories, don't eat bad food...just eat more of the good stuff.

When you lift, do rep counts that make you feel as if your muscles are swelling up and you can feel the pump.

You'll get the results you want.
