Did not happen today, missed my morning cardio. Then I was going to do it later that night and lost track of time studing. Finals . I guess I will make it up sunday.
 
Day 9 (tues)

Diet-

1- 2 eggs w/ yolk
2- 1.5 scoop whey
3- stir fry veggies with leftover chicken
4- 1 scoop whey + dex (PWO)
5- 9oz pork chop, fat cut off + carrots
6- Tried cottage cheese 1st time in life

Lifted in morning, played golf a few hours after lol. Man, I'm not doing that ever again. I wanted to lay down and sleep after 7 holes.

WEEK 3 - Monday (day 15)

Diet-

1- 2 yolks, 4 whites + banana
2- 1.5 whey
3- 3 egg whites + 1/2 cup brown rice
4- PWO shake
5- lean organic beef + 1 cup broccoli
6- blended up fruits, apples, cherries, strawberries, oranges + flax oil + fiber powder

WO- HIIT
 
Wednesday - Day 17

HIIT on bike

Thursday - Day 18

Weights

Friday - HIIT Bike

Diet was pretty much the same all 3 days.
