Diet-
1- 2 yolks, 4 whites + banana
2- 1.5 whey
3- 3 egg whites + 1/2 cup brown rice
4- PWO shake
5- lean organic beef + 1 cup broccoli
6- blended up fruits, apples, cherries, strawberries, oranges + flax oil + fiber powder
WO- HIIT
