I am looking for a workout that will get me started in toning up my whole body and getting back into shape. I am 21 years, 5' 4" tall and weigh about 110 pounds. I was wondering if there was a good routine or specific workouts that could help me out. I am also a student, so I can not afford to go out and pay for a personal trainer. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated.
