Hello I am 14 years old and I have been weight lifting for just a little bit under a year. I have noticed arm improvment but when I did i noticed Stretch marks on my lower biceps area. Now is there a way to get rid of that those marks? And also I have a little fat on my arms. I was wondering is there some way i can tone off the fat so you can see more biceps easly instead of fat and a little hump for a beicep? THanks to anyone who helps me with this.
