i agree...ive heard from a buddy of mine that he wants to get "toned" but not bulky...i told him not to worry,it doesnt happen overnight (but if only it did)...
one thing that you may experience: i had exactly the same mentality, i wanted to be toned but not big. i started at 155-160 lbs. i wanted to put on lean muscle and get to about 170. i got to 170 and immediately wanted to be 180. then after that i wanted to be 190. i now fluctuate between 190 and 195, and im hoping to be 200-205 by the end of the year.
