Looking to tone up my upper body. I cardo train 3 times a week and am planning on using weights three times a week also (different days). I have bench and dumbells ranging from 5kgs to 15 kgs.
Any ideas on a good starting routine which will take approx 3 quarters of an hour.
Not really done much weight training before so if poss keep it fairly simple (like me)
