Hey I'm Tom and I'm trying to lose some fat (note, not "weight"). I'm in High School and yeah...I'm sure a lot of you know what that's like, especially when you're a bit overweight. I weigh about 185 with 16% bodyfat. I'm fortunate in that I don't have an enormous amount to lose, but the love handles, gut and chins have got to go
. I'm hoping that by posting I'll have a community to be accountable to. I enjoy lifting and am planning on combining that with a decrease in calorie intake to about 1800 a day.
I'll post a new pic every two weeks or so... or just anytime I'm feeling especially good about my progress.
