I go on and off this site a lot, but I am ready to stay on it to help me support my weight loss.
November 1st, 2006 --
So I went to the Doctors on Monday, and he congratulated me on losing 21.5 pounds, but said I need to lose more and got on my back about it. I know I have to get down to where I'm supposed to be, which I thought was around 160 but he surprised me and said my weight should be around 200-210. So my new goal is 210 which means I only have 75 pounds to lose. I'm going on a 3 week strike starting tomorow ( Thursday ) which means no drinks but water, and no food besides HEALTHY cereal, salads and tuna fish + wheat crackers + no meat. I'm going to see how far I can get with this and see if I can pull a biggest loser! Wish me good luck guys.
