Today I feel great, this can be the beginning of a new chapter in my life. I feel that with a steady amount of change anything is possible, with that being said I can't believe that I would ever commit to anything. I think I let myself slip away into bad habbits when I graduated high school, but now it is time to set it right. I believe this journey will take me to the places I have never been before. I'm currently 240 lbs and I would like to be 200 lbs. I have competed at N.A.G.A. grappling tournaments in Jiu Jitsu and I was a super- heavyweight, which made me look at myself and say at 5'10 I should not be 240. I truly think this will lead me to where I want to be. I have certian things I need to shake though, for one alcohol and food cravings at night. I tend to want a drink after a long day or a big burger, but I have to fight this just as I do in training at the gym.
