Aww thanks! I like the darker hair too.

Alright, here is my daily routine.

>> Jogs in the morning
>> Sit outside with some green tea
>> Healthy breakfast (09:00)
>> Healthy snack (11:00)
>> Healthy lunch (13:00)
>> Go for a walk. Yay!
>> Healthy snack (15:00)
>> Healthy Dinner (17:00)
>> About an hour of Dance Dance Revolution
>> Me and my roommate go in the basement, turn on the strobe light, and rock out to some J-Rock.

*I don't eat after 7:00 PM
*I buy one bag of chips per week (sun chips or something)
*I eat a lot of japanese food (made by myself, not takeout)

It's not professional info, but I hope it helps.

Hi, Ace!

You and I are around the same height (I'm 5'9 some days, 5'10 others lol) A lot of people have told me that 130 is too light for my height. But you're aiming for 125! I know you'll get there, and I have to add that you look perfect already, and when you weighed 170, you looked more like 140 or something! Great job and I hope you reach your goal with ease. :)

Also curious about your move to Tokyo--Are you moving over there to live? Study abroad? I have always had a huge fascination with Tokyo/Japan/Asia... I hope to travel there someday. I'm jealous as my boyfriend has already spent a decent amount of time in China! :-D

I'm opposite of you--Used to have black hair and now it's white (Hard to keep it white but I try as hard as I can) I hope your move to Tokyo is a great one! And I'm sure you'll reach your goal far beforehand.

PS: My inspiration is also a musician; .

Miyavi ...ha-ha-ha

Anyway, if you could take some side by side shots rather than post a bunch of candid ones, i'd be able to tell a difference.

i will definitely keep the NO EATING after 19:00 ... i think that is one of my biggest pitfalls...lol

i've thought of trying DDR because i have heard soo many success stories... but it would take alot of determination because i am soo uncoordinated...lmao!

Tall people unite. Hellz yeah, bebeh!
Psh, as long as you are healthy, it doesn't matter.
Miyavi is 6'2" and between 126-130 lbs.
And he is PERFECTLY healthy.
Not to mention he kicks ass.
XD

I am moving to Japan to live permanently. It's just the place that is most suitable for my lifestyle. I adore everything about it.

OOO, I'm going white and silver next. With multicolored dread extensions coming out of the tail at the back. But that is not till I reach my goal. It's like the reward at the end.

I really hope that's a good laugh. Otherwise Imma hafta choka betch. XD *jokes*

But uh, yeah that is a good idea. But it will only be from 149 lbs onward. I can't really go back to 170 lbs and take a picture. XD

Yeah, that used to be my problem too. It's hard for like the first couple of weeks or so to stop binging after that time. (I used to eat like chips, salami, crackers, etc...)

When you stop though, it REALLY helps you lose weight.

And DDR is like impossible at first, but then once you keep doing it, you start doing songs really well, and it counts calories burned even when you do the steps all wrong. So you could just turn it on and jump around like a dumbass and it would still tell you how many calories you burned. But it feels really good when you get an A or a AA on a song.

I recommend DDR: Universe 2.

Also, going to concerts of people you REALLY love and who really get you excited help you lose the weight too. Lmao.

I just when all the way to California to a couple miyavi concerts, and I lost 3 LBS! He gave us quite a workout. And I got to touch his chest and arm like 5 times. Yeeeeeeh boiiii.

XD

I've never heard of Miyavi, but he sounds like a cool guy!

Your idea of a new hairstyle when you reach your goal is a great idea! I'll be thinking the same thing. I've always wanted an Annie Lennox-ish hair cut (still white) but it only looks good on teh very thin. Something to look forward too! Plus I hate the way my hair gets in my face.

That's really cool you're deciding to move to Tokyo permanently. As much as I'd love to live in Europe, or Asia... Tennessee is my home! :)

-gasmaskbandit!
i live out in the middle of hickville arkansas, soo there arent too many concerts going on around here... lol... you know my ex was about your Miyavi's size... pisses me off... i could never pull the look off... i'm too short... 5'3" (and lets not forget about the 3/4!!!)

-Nightporter!
Europe in my opinion is amazing i lived in Germany for 8 years and i wouldnt take a moment of it back! you are able to visit soo many cultures because they are all just kinda cramped together... lol

Germany? Amazing! My boyfriend is German and his dad was born in Germany. He's wanted to go there quite some time and he's wanting to take me. I would absolutely love to go! The only problem I would have living in Europe is I would miss my home too much :) You don't live too far from me, Phobic, Arkansas seems like a nice place to live! (even though everyone associates it with Deliverance!) It seems nice and layed back :)

heh... i was looking at your myspace pics... and im assuming pics of you and your bf... but anyways... he seriously does have the german look...

me and my sister used to watch people in germany and try to guess if they spoke english or german... lol

arkansas is what it is... i spent my last year of highschool here and i was appalled... there is alot of widespread rascism among the native arkansans... being a military brat i didnt even know truly what rascism was until i moved here... at the beginning of the year i was getting into alot of fights... but since then ive learned that there isnt much convincing you can do with a hardheaded hick!

Yep that's him! Everyone always assumes he's Irish because of the hair. He told me he's about 95% German, and 5% Austrian or something like that.

I know what you mean about High School! But I saw racism and just plain old stupidity everywhere. I've been living in MN for 5 months now, and I went to school in Erie, PA for about 2 and a half years... Each place showed racism to a certain (but different) minority. I guess it's like that everywhere, unfortunately. :(

One thing I love about TN is the southern hospitality. But the main thing I love is the weather and the landscape. I love the climate, and the trees and just the way things are laid out down here. I'm not a big fan of northern cities as they are far too industrial for me lol.

PS: Apologies for hijacking Ace's thread lol... Carry on! Please keep up updated on Tokyo and your goal!

nightporter, do you have a diary or anything i would love to check it out!!!

i dont really fit into anything... i love rural towns... my dream home is to have about 5+ acres with a *modular home*... i would like to be self-sustainable... my dairy goats for dairy products (duh!) and like an acre devoted to a garden... and some fruit trees...peaches apple and pears all grow in my part of arkansas... when i move out of my parents home i will definitely lead a vegetarian lifestyle... not only is it healthy, it supports my love for animals... seriously i couldnt eat a goat if i tried after raising them and having 9 babies born since november...

haha... im kinda rambling on about nothing in particular.... lol

Konnichwa
Congrads so far! You look fantastic!
I'm also moving to Japan next year, and trying to healthy/fit as possible before going.
Keep up the great work!

I never thought of playing a video game for exercise, thanks! I am going out and buying DDR tonight. It sounds like a lot more fun than treadmills and cardio tapes.

You look great by the way, good job on the progress.

i see u changed everything from weight,to appearance
i have a feeling u changed just about everything on,you,in you?
i'm wondering what made u to do such drastic changes?

I will, thanks.

It is WAY more fun than boring exercise tapes. For some reason I just get frustrated with stuff like Tae-Bo, Pilates, and Yoga. *Snore*

DDR for the win. It's kurrazeh fun.

Thanks!
