Sport Togo's Sandwich's

Im about 175ish... 5'9" and 18 years old. Im looking to trim off some of my fat (mainly due to drinking lol) anyway...

I have a 24 Hour fitness membership card... I also work at togo's.

How healthy is it to eat a whole wheat sandwich (Lettuce, Tomato's, Onions, Peppers, Pickles, and Ham)

or

a Salad with the following (Grilled Chicken, lettuce, tomato's, cucumbers, onions)
Sometimes a small peice of whol wheat.

Anything from togo's you would recomend thats even better then what I listed?
 
You're an 18 yo who works out at a 24hr fitness joint, so, I wouldn't worry too much about the bread or the sodium from pickles/ham. Those are the only things that jump out at me.

Just make sure you keep caloric intake into consideration when feeding throughout the day and keep a sensible ratio of P/C/F. You sound fairly active.

As a teen, keep this in mind: just because it's put in front of you, and it's free, doesn't necessarily mean it's a good idea to stick it in your mouth =P but seriously, none of those foods sound unhealthy.

What you eat is important. When and how much you eat are argueably just as important.
