Today is another day but today I am thinking positively. I have eaten only salads for the past week. Yesterday I did allow myself to have a free day of eating whatever of course I shouldn't have done that. The ironic thing is that I have such intense cravings but once I get the junk I realize it wasn't really good any way and then I feel all fat and bloated for something that wasn't even worth it. I am feeling pretty good about working out. I have been working out really hard and feel really good. The scale has not budged. I know people think it is wrong to do the diet pills but I think I do need something to help me burn my fat if anyone has any suggestions let me know.
 
Glad You Done The Workout And Hang In There You Will Start Losing Soon All At Once Usually Is What Happens Just Remember No Pain No Gain!!!

Things sound good so far! I believe that positive thinking makes all the difference! Keep it up!
