Hi Everyone!
Wow has this forum really changed. I started here back in '09 but you wouldn't be able to know that because I DELETED most of my posts and blog that I had posted. I had a diary here before but deleted it because I was ashamed of always starting and stopping. I decided to make a new one because I have to stay accountable to myself. I now wish I would have kept it because it just goes to show where I've come from and where I am now.
I started my journey time and time again. I finally reached 200lbs and realized that I had to do something. The excuses needed to stop. I always said that I would NEVER reach 200 but one day I woke up and I did. I lost 30 pounds and I've gained back 10.
I re-started my journey with a Beachbody program, Slim in 6. I started losing weight then I incorporated Shakeology and that really drove my weight loss. That's how I lost my first initial 30 pounds. Since starting, I haven't been consistent and like I said, I've gained back 10 pounds.
I'm on a journey to lose a total of about 50 pounds. Today is the day I recommit to my WHY. I want to look and feel good. Feeling good starts on the inside.
I've met some great people through this site and they still encourage me every single day! I want to be able to look back on my progress and see the struggles and obstacles that I was able to overcome. At least now, it's going to be a positive journey in the RIGHT direction.
So I'm back and this time, I'm READY!
