I'm very excited to be having one of these weight loss diary things. I had one of these about three years ago and it really, really helped me. I'm not sure why I stopped using it to be honest -- probably because I reached my goal weight (kind of) and thought I didn't need it anymore. Well, since then, I've put back on half the weight I lost. Not all of it, thank god, but enough to feel pretty bad about myself. Perhaps opening up another account and starting over will help me get back into things. I mean... it definitely will. 'Cause I'm gonna make it.
So in order to start losing weight again I'm going to be doing as much exercise as I can AND OH MY GOD WHY HAVEN'T I MENTIONED THIS. So the title of this journal is a little bit weird if not explained; in 111 days (4 months just about or16 weeks) my family and I are going to Orlando for two weeks. This is a hugely massive deal for me because as I live in the UK America is the best thing in the world and I haven't been there (or on any holiday) for years. I'm ridiculously excited. We've called the holiday 'The Flo' (Florida -- geddit?) because we don't want my little brother to know we're going because he has this habit of talking about it nonstop and getting on all of our nerves. Obviously, I'd like to lose a good amount before then so I can buy clothes for the hot weather and also perhaps eat a little bit of what I want on the holiday without feeling bad. Hence the title.

Breakfast

1 piece of wholegrain toast, a whole smashed banana, cinnamon and a little bit of honey (around a tsp)
So for this I toasted the bread, smashed the banana and heated it with the honey so it was kind of like a very disgusting looking jam, spread that on the toast, chopped a remaining bit of banana on the top and sprinkled cinnamon on it. It didn't look that attractive, but tasted really nice. I also had a glass of water and a green apple.

... May have had two squares of dark chocolate as well. I dunno.

A trip to Florida is a great thing to work for! I am working towards the same thing, actually. In the second week of June my family and I are going to Florida. I live in America, but I am almost 1000 miles from Florida so it's a really special occassion. Here's to both of our trips!

You vacation sounds exciting! Going to a new place always does & I love traveling! I personally can't wait to go back to Europe hahaha! (I lived in the UK for 8 years)

What exercise are you planning on doing?
 
Cory -- It was really, really nice. I think I ate it a bit too fast to be honest xD I got the idea from the recipe page of this blog which has loads and loads of good content. Oh my Gosh, you'll be heading off there before me. I'm going in mid-July. You'll have to let me know how your time was when you get back... if you want to, that is! :D Thanks for your comment.

Justina -- Haha, you probably wouldn't want to be here now unless you enjoy negative temperatures during spring. It's so cold! As for exercise, I might go to the gym once a week when I have time. I also have a treadmill and exercise bike in my house and we just bought some kettlebell DVDs (which seriously make you hurt for the next few days after doing it.) What sort of exercise do you like doing? Thanks for your comment.

Lunch
Lunch was a little here and there. I had a tin of sweetcorn, two pieces of chicken, a spoon of cottage cheese, raspberries, grapes and some water. It wasn't originally supposed to be lunch but kind of turned into it after I realised I wanted more than a snack.​
