ok first off im not sure how to start this so I'm just gonna answer a bunch of questions from the sticky thread :D but in my updates its not just gonna be questions so keep reading, i need you support




77 lbs, 73 more to go-- How much weight do you want to lose?

by march 2009-- What is the time frame for reaching your target weight?

weight watchers and exercise-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?

hopeful people from this forum-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?

pretty realistic i think, if i loose 3 lbs a week it will only take me about 7 months to loose 73 lbs-- How realistic is your goal?

so i can join the army a server my country

yeah i lost weight before but it came back =(

i have no idea

yea

yes, whatever's around

1once a week at the most, ihop usually

pizza, chicken, beef

ihop, Perkins, and outback

17. What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?
watch my portions, eat small things every 3 hours

18. If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?
everything, and i would feel better about my life

yes if im sad bored or lonely :toetap05:

no

yes

pretzels

running

i work out at home

29. What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise?
running, biking and pushups

30. What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals?
my self confidence

31. Do you have rewards for certain goals?
yes if i loose 10 lbs a month i go to the gun range :blush5:
 
7. Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
because the army has strict standards
I work with a guy who's been in the reserves for a few years and regularly has PT testing... now this guy is a machine when it comes to doing pushups.. but someone was asking about the weight requirements with the Army -and he said that the Army was more concerned with body fat percentage than actual weight... And the "trick" to make your body fat percentage be not what it really is -is m ake your neck as big as possible.. and he showed how he could change his posture and make hsi neck larger... The army measures body fat by measurements..

So basically - don't get too obsessed with a number on the scale but also focus on strength as well...
 
yay! these last few days have sucked but now i just weighed myself and i clocked in at 229.8 so i lost like 3 lbs, i think i started my own new diet, instead of eating all day i sleep all day, thank you summer :hat:
