To get big biceps you need ... to work the triceps and back?

You can just pick a routine e.g. the 5x5 and then go to the stronglifts website to see the form and explanation of each 5x5 lift. There is no requirement to go and buy books on different routines, i don't know where tenpercent got his list from.

I don't think it overcomplicates in the sticky by asking noobs to get books.

a book has no accountability, and it has no sense of belonging. HENCE, we have forums like these, where we can connect, and be more than we ever could alone.

Of course there is no requirement to buy anything. But most books have a great deal of knowledge and far more info than just a routine. understanding why you are doing a routine is very important part. Where I got that list? Off the top of my head.
Knowledge is powerful. Or you can just wing it and do what peole say without understanding it.

So sure, you can ask here and be given a routine. Or you can learn some things about the routines, proper technique, proper diet and make better progress ...or you can feel all warm and cozy about having friends on forum. Good luck.

wow! yer kind of a turd! not warm and fuzzy at all  LOL! maybe a book would be better! hAHAHAHA

so you're saying i can get bigger biceps and arms FASTER and EASIER by working out full body exercises (exluding isolated bicep exercises) rather than actually just working biceps with curls?? :confused4:

Do both. There is nothing wrong with doing some curls. A lot of people need them to get big biceps. But do them in combination with some real upper back work. You need that too.
