to cut weight?!?!

ok so if i wanted to cut weight i would.... eat around 5-6 meals a day? lift weights like 4 times a week. i do monday mostly a lot of different chest workouts and abs some lower legs. tuesday i do triceps and shoulders and arms. wensday i just do cardio. thursday i do chest again and friday i do triceps shoulders and arms again and i do carido monday, wen, friday. Is this good to cut ? i also eat around 200 G of protein a day and i match that with about 200 carbs. advice? is this good?
I weigh about 215 im about 18 % BF

200g of protien how do u manage that, do you use supplements? I workout 3-4 times a week full body workout. Your muscles need 48 hours to heal so why not just hit the weights after they heal. 200g carbs thats a grip!!! what is your calorie intake it must be around 3-3500 cal? Maybe cut down a lil bit on food and hit the weights every other day also one day a week aint great for cardio :/ better then nothing but try for 3+ a week. Good luck

Where are the back and leg exercises? if you want to lose weight, you gotta cut down on the caloric intake a little, but definitely DO NOT starve yourself, it seems like you have an ok grip on food though.

Make sure to keep the cardio up, if you aren't doing squats and deadlifts..start. They'll rev up your metabolism and build muscle like whoa.
 
hmm ok let me put everything i eat. i eat 1/2 cup of aots in the morning 27 carbs 5 protein. multivitamin. glass of crystal light with vitmin C. before lunch i eat 1 slice of lean chicken breast in salad. 0 carbs 9 protein. the salad adds alot of carbs though i have the bagged salad it says like 3 G of carbs or something so i eat about 6 servings of that a day. no calries though. lunch i eat lean lunchmeat sandwhich with whole wheat bread. the carbs and the protein early were a rough estamte but the carbs is probably around 120 at most i guess and the protein is about 130 then before dinner i eat anything with protein low calories little or no fat. then dinner i usally eat ethier 2 servings of lean breast meat or 4 oz of lean ground turkey. which is about 45 calroies 2G of fat no carbs and 9 G of protein. before bed i eat 1 serving of non fat ygurt which is nasty and gives me absoulty no apatit. that right there is only about 1300 calires at most. and im full threwout the whole day i also drink 60 G of Whey protein after i workout and i work out for about 1-2 hours on the pacfic muscle group. umm so what should i tweek??

Sweet! awesome thx yes i wasnt sure if i should incorparte them into another workout of a different day. i try to exercise the muscle group many different ways without burning them out :) ty also do you think the calroies are higher? i mean im not really eating alot but it says the protein contents and the carb contents are higher. TY again
