To be a BIG F**ker!

Lately ive been looking around for some fixed dumbells.

Roughly maybe 3 or 4 of them, weighing around 33lbs, 44lbs, 66lbs, 88lbs.

Iv had a quick look, and just for say some 66lbs (30kg) dumbells its like £150!!!!!

FFS, there's no way i can afford that. Im going to have to have a further look around. Anybody else know any place cheap?

Just try somewhere like Argos and get adjustable iron ones. You can buy extra plates if you need more weight but they shouldn't cost more than about £35

Yea cheers C, but iv already got some adjustable one's from the argos aswel infact. Theyre at my mates house, and basically i think theyre sh1t lol.

Too much hassel adjusting them, and also if your loading some heavy weight up you have to put these arkward large 10kg plates on which makes it more uncomfortable to do your lift.

Suppose i could try ebay.

Tired today, been hot and everything, my sleep is suffering because the last two days have been too hot to sleep.

Incline BB Press
1x6 (132lbs)
2x10 (110lbs)

Pissed off with this today.

Machine OH Press
1x10 (66lbs)
2x10 (88lbs)

DB Arm Raises
3x10

Shrugs
3x10 (154lbs)

Triceps Pushdowns & Hold
3x10

Pushups
3xfailure

Finished off with a little kick about with the football.

They are :D That was a weak day, plus its harder lifting DB's OH than a BB.

Man iv been in a bad mood today, i dont know whether its the heat thats come through lately or what. I felt like going to sleep whilst at the gym LOL.

Back Squats - Below Paralell

Had to do squats second because some f**ker was DLing in in the rack. I was so tired and weak today!

Seated Leg Curls

Standing Calf Raises

Situps
4 sets to near failure on different benches.

Run
1/2 Mile steady run.

First of all im wondering why my ankles/shins were in a slight uncomfortable pain when i was running, and even now infact. Could this due to be lack of exercise and sat down in an office all day?
