Tito Ortiz Vs. Ken Shenrock

WHO WANTS TO SEE THIS FIGHT????

I think tito will win becuase he did before, hes stronger, faster, lighter, younger, and he has all the advantage with him.. and i read that ken is on steroids, like his left nipple is something wrong and thats a sign on steroids. i read it on a forum somewhere so i dont know how true it is hahaha.. but GO TITO!!! im rentin it when its out on july 8 i think

Shamrock is a bit too old. Notice the spelling of Shamrock.

Yeah I think Tito will win. Have you seen the way Shamrock trained his team this season on The Ultimate Fighter 3? Kicking back and watching old UFC fights is'nt training. Really reflects the way he trains.

..But I don't want Tito to win, he's a cocky guy

Kenny's a good guy, but his glory days are over. He used to work for my father at Delmar Bar and Grille in Reno, NV (way back in the 80's). He was a bouncer (go figure). But that guy would knock some heads in. I want to favor Shamrock, but I'm holding my breath.

Tito will take this one. I don't understand Shamrock; he has nothing to prove, he's in the hall of fame. He's a much better coach now than a fighter.

Anyway, if he keeps it up he's going to end up the guy who was really good at one time but then everyone beat in the end.

yep thats all true

Coach?

You're kidding, yes?

He's a horrible coach.

Let's just state it like it is, the lion's den methodology just doesn't cut it anymore.

It's smarter to take a fighter, and build him up using his own techniques and strengths than it is to tear him down, break his spirit and then try to reshape the kid in your own image.

Shamrock just needs to call it quits... period.

AMEN BRUTHA!

I think Dana White hit the nail on the head when he said the only reason Shamrock showed up for UF 3 was for a chance to get under Tito Ortiz's skin. Its pretty apparent that Tito was a better coach at least in that setting. Tito gave everything he had to those kids and Shamrock failed in that aspect. I'll watch that fight just to see 2 guys who hate each other go at it. Its not gonna be technical or pretty though, but it'll be fun :D

P.S. Shamrock needs to go to indy wrestling feds where he can get top billing...

Now that theres a Black Comero in the picture, Tito's definetley going to win.
I can see Shamrock driving the yellow one already...:D

Just in case anyone has forgotten what happened to Shamrock at UFC 40, I've attached the following post-fight picture.

Notice Shamrock's face... or what's left of his face.

I still like how at the press conference how Tito kicked the chair and Dana caught it.

On a completely unrelated note-you guys watch for Bisping; I think he's going to make a hell of a name for himself.

It was Shamrock that kicked the chair.

And yes, Beisping is going to cut through the ranks of the light-heavyweights in the UFC pretty quick I think.

Honestly, I think it will be similar to how Tito systematically destroyed the Lion's Den back in the 90's.

No. Shamrock was speaking at the podium while Ortiz was sitting down and Dana was beside the two. Ortiz got pissed at Shamrock for what he was saying and laughed for a second and then kicked the chair which nicely just happened to fly into Dana's hands.

I can say this with absolute certainty because they showed the rerun numerous times on Sat evening and then when the reran the fights on Sunday, you got to see the same reruns of the scene again and again.

I think Bisping looked like such a soid, well rounded fighter. He will definitely be a top contender soon and I can only imagine how good he will be after he gets the opportunity to train with top american fighters for a few months instead of a few weeks.

And yes, Tito for sure. TUF 3 proved that Ken is old school and that you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Tito is gonna beat his ass.

As far as Bisping being a top contender "soon"... I don't know about that. The light-heavyweight class is freakin' huge. There are a lot of fighters just as good as, if not better than Bisping, that haven't gotten a title shot yet.
