tired when starting cutting

alright this is my first full week of cutting. I starting cutting from 3500 calories a day to about 1800-2000 and i do my full body work out 3-4 times a week. Also i run on the tredmill for 30 minutes at 5.3 mph 5 times a week always off on sundays. The last couple nights i didnt really feel like going out to parties or anything just because I feel pretty fatigued. My body doesnt feel that week I am just really tired tho. Is this normal for the start of a cut like this with the amount of excercise i do. I lost 2-3 pounds this 1st week and I am hoping that my body adapts to this life style for some time. I usually just want to lay down watch tv and sleep. Any advice? Does this happen to others?

also the only fat that i have to lose is probably antoher 5 pounds and the abs will be popping out nice. all my other muslces i'm satisfied with right now so idk y i'm so tired

Hey Danny,

I can't judge just how tired you are or if you cut your calories too low but I can tell you that in a calorie deficit I fall asleep easily at night. Before when I ate whatever I wanted/whenever I wanted I could wake up at 5am and go right through the night too. But now that I eat about 1500 calories a day with no carbs after 6pm I couldn't imagine going out to party. I actually like it this way because I sleep a crapload better.

yea

alright yea thank you thats exaclty how it is for me, i'm pretty sure i'm not losing any muslce because the way I lift and everything is exaclty the same and I mean i still can do my cardio easily but ur right its not that bad of a thing. The extra sleep at night keeps me outta trouble with the parents
