Tips?

hey,

i just started working out a couple days ago on a smith machine 9000. its basically got everything to work out any part of your body. can anyone please give me tips on how i should scatter my workout and what i need to do to get bigger arms? i'll post pics later, i'm rly skinny too.
 
lets see some pictures....and start eatin alot...look around the forum and youll see other peoples diets and routines and all tht ****....alright good luck:D
 
if your a newbie to weighttraining just do compound exercises and they will take care of the arms
 
Don't just focus on your arms, work the whole body. Do to Central Nervous System demands placed on the body during strength training, a systemic effect is seen throughout the whole body. I do agree with compound exercises progressively increasing the intensity of exercise.

Tip- Make sure you rest enough between workouts. Most young bodybuilders think more is better. More is not better, but HIGH INTENSITY, SHORT, and INFREQUENT workouts is best!

Keep challenging yourself to beat the weight or the number of reps with each workout.
