tips on bench press improvement

It seems to me that you are just at a plateau. You just gotta change your routine for a while to break out of it, and you will be good to go. The more you lift, the more ruts like this you are going to get into. It's one of the crappy things about body building and strength training. We all go through it though. Good luck
 
That's not a good routine for building strength.

This is the advice I got from a CSCS:

As far as your warm-up with weights is concerned: Say it's a bench day; and assume ones working sets for that day is 185 lbs.

Bar x whatever (get the groove and motor pattern down).
95x5
135x3
155x3

I'd also recommend you vary the load on different days, example: 8x3x90% on monday, 4x6x85% on wednesday, 3x10x80% on friday.
