TippyToes's Diary

My life has always been one long weight battle. Being kinda short and with a naturally small frame, a little weight has always looked like a lot of weight on me. I had managed to get from 71gk's to 57kg's the last time I dieted, and came close to my goal of 53kg's. Now, after a rather long, indulgent cruise holiday, and an additional 5kg's later, I am back here determined to finish what I started.

I plan on documenting the food I eat and count calories. Being short and doing minimal excercise, my calorie limit shall be between 1000 and 1200 calories. I shall have 1 cheat day a week where I shall aim for roughly 1600 calories, as that is my calorie limit to maintain my 62kg weight.

I shall also document exercise I do, which during the uni term is not much as I usually leave before the gym opens and get back after it is closed.

Oh, and I don't exactly like scales... :( And so I shall avoid weighing myself until I the end of January. I shall weigh myself on the 1st of February! :) If I remember...

So today was a fairly ok day. I was going to go to the gym, but I was told to stay home to wait for a phone call... It did not come. Meh. Well I'll try to go tomorrow, but I'm meeting up with a friend tomorrow so I can't make promises. Maybe I'll just go for a walk if I run out of time.

Thanks! :) Yeah a diary helped me out the first time. I don't think I could have done it otherwise.
And I never really had a bad diet to begin with (excluding the shameful holiday cruise), my family just eat too much of the good stuff. I've managed to maintain weight quite well though (once again, before the cruise). I guess I'm just a bit OCD about undoing all the work I put into losing it.
