I'M BACK BITCHES.

please, for the love of god, help me. I'm like, 138. I just got back from a 10 day trip to Scotland and Paris. Wayyyy too much creme brulee. I've been going to the gym every day, elliptical 30 mins, biking 10 mins, weights for all my major muscle groups. The working out is okay. My diet has been just HEINOUS.

Here's what I ate today:
-Protein shake for breakfast
-3 (!) chocolate chip cookies
-2 pieces of beef vindaloo, 2 pieces of garlic naan
-2 peanut butter cookie (!)
-whole shit-ton of cherries
-little bit of steak
-little bit of roasted potatoes
-broccoli
-1/4 of a slice of banana chocolate cake

okay so my sweet-tooth is beyond control! It's crazy. i've really got to keep it in check. I think it's been so bad because I haven't gone and bought any groceries. I crave veggies and fruits but they're not in the fridge, y'know? Also, i'm unemployed, so grocery shopping is a little difficult.

I missed you guys. I'll try to hit up all your blogs. Special thanks to TheDarwinFish and ReluctantCabbie for (trying!) to keep me in line. I should listen to you guys more! you're the pros!

I did the same thing over the late winter/early spring and I'm finally shedding it back to whre I was last fall. Maybe this time I can keep the train rolling forward.

Karl, we can get back on the wagon. Don't you worry! No excuses, full steam ahead!

Okay: my first roadblock. I left my student card in my boyfriend's truck. The student card is not only my bus-ride to the gym, but also allows me access into the gym. NEVER FEAR. I'm not going to just give up because of this! Later this afternoon i'm going to just go for a good old fashioned run. I'm terrible at running so I'll probably do a combo of walking and running, hopefully avoid shin-splints, but mainly work up a good sweat! I haven't concentrated on abs at all yet, so I hope to do a little ab workout when I get home. If anyone has ab exercises that they really like, or really help them 'feel the burn', feel free to post! I'm partial to plank exercises and pushups more for abs than crunches or situps.

Food so far:
-Protein shake (Chocolate dymatize and vanilla soy)
-whole weat english muffin with PB
-3/4 of a giant peanutbutter cookie! grraggh! why did my roommate convince me to buy these! i'm going to have to hide them from now on.

no plans for dinner yet. Probably some sauteed vegetables, maybe some chicken or something. Ugh, I am craving vegetables and fruits like CRAZY but I can't afford them right now! Why does a pint of raspberries have to be like 4.99!!!
