What a bloody busy day! I feel like I havnt had a min to relax cos it's been GO, GO, GO! Work, bank, shopping, tidying the house, making dinner, clearing up, 1.6 mile walk, 30 mins Wii yoga, 45 mins on the dance mat .....and it is now 12am and i need to go to bed! This sucks!! I am so TOTALLY motivated to lose this damn weight tho...so I suppose I will just have to fit everything in!

Tomorrow will be a bit of a test - I'm weighing in first thing in the morning so if that sdoesnt show any sign of loss then i might cry after all the effort i have made this week....even a pound would be better than nothing! I need to hit 232lbs to be on target :svengo::svengo: worried much....

Also, it's cake day at work, so I will be avoiding the staff room at break! Usually a friday noght would see me and my friends very drunk and dancing til the wee small hours, then some takeaway and NO exercise at all.....welcome the new improved allie! The plan for tomorrow is no booze at all, avoid the damn cakes and make sure i do my 2 miles + dancemat for 1hr + some yoga ( and i really need to clean the house properly! that def burns the cals!!):Angel_anim:

But hell I AM def still going dancing!!:party: Cant have a friday without a club or two and im sure dancing like a maniac will burn even more cals - whooo yay!!!!!!!!

I managed to resist the cakes and squeeze in some yoga and dance mat...and now im getting ready to hit the clubs! No alcohol at alll and def no junk food on the way home!

4 mile walk planned for tomorrow - although the forecast id for torrential rain so it def wot be fun:leaving: needs must!

Here is a little weight update :D:D The good news is that I have lost 4.8lbs! Yay!! That puts me at 230.2lbs...I'm on the way :) Since i outdid my target for this week, I readjusted the target for next week. Im hoping to lose 2.2lbs and get down to 228lbs. I will do measurements next week as i cant face them at the mo!

Here are the new targets for January....



January 2nd Weight was 235lbs

Target for Jan 9th - 232lbs - ACTUAL WEIGHT 230.2LBS!!!! WHOO HOO!

Target for Jan 16th - 228lbs

Target for Jan 23rd - 226lbs

Target for Jan 30th - 224lbs

By the end of Jan I hope to be 224lbs or less!

Thanks ladies I am feeling pretty motivated! The thought of ruining the holiday by worrying abt plane seats and bathing suits (like this summer - ugh!) is just such a good thing for making me stick to the diet and the exercise regime! Thank you so much for cheering me on!


Hmmm a very loud and horrible storm has kept me cooped up all day in the house :( I cant get out to go walking as the wind is wayyy too strong - the pug would blow away! So i did a bit of Wii fit and an hour of the dancemat instead. At least i managed to do some form of exercise but i am beginning to feel a little stir crazy! I really have come to love walking (peace, quiet and a thinner ass!)

Think i might challenge my hubby to a dance mat battle later!

Im so glad i managed to keep my cals in check yesterday...night out with the girls always ends up with wine! Got a party tonight so i have allowed myself 3 glasses of wine for that too. Did 4 miles today and will do the same tomorrow so hopefully the wine will not do much damage!!

And im below target weight!!!! 227.4lb :D

Actually I think the members would find your food plan very useful and motivating! Feel free to post whatever you want in the challenge thread, but a day to day rundown of your achievements and what you're eating is truly helpful and not at all boring. When you read about someone's big deficits, it makes you want to achieve your own. Anyway, just my 2 cents.
