Ok I am back on track and ready to rockkkkkkkkkkkkk lets do this once and for all guys! I know I am because I am tired of falling and the bruises on my buns are driving me crazy! So lets bring that new year in 20 - 30 pounds left behind!
 
Ok been really busy and havent been eating like I should! My niece had her baby early so I was at the hospital all day friday and sat without sleep for about 40 hours! I started back on my atkins induction today! Weigh in was 239.2 so i gained back 10 pounds! I refuse to ever stop again! I fealt so bad and was so tired its just amazing at the difference in me and my body when i am doing it right! So my christmas present for me is 20 pounds! I know I can do it by christmas without a doubt and even more probably! So here is my plan!

100 crunches a day (50 in morn and 50 evening on my ball )
may even push for 200 the ball makes it easier
Leslie salone walk and kick dvd( 1 time a day)
Leslie salone 4 mile walk dvd (1 time a day)
Do a little weight lifting routine every other day!
Drink at least 64 oz of water daily!

I am going to do this and I WILL be accountable to any of you who want to visit me here in my diary!

I will visit other diaries soon I am going to go do some excercise not sure what but will keep in my home journal to post here afterwhile!

Sorry about last night, my cell phone battery died. I kept hearing a weird sound, but I thought it was the connection, the battery never crossed me mind. Anyways, its great talking to you! I really enjoy it. Should have done this a year ago huh?

Anyways, lets get back on track, we owe it to ourselves!

I have fell of the wagon to for the last few
days and I finally feel in control today and ready to start losing
again and no cheating atleast until Turkey day! We can do this,
we all have our fall offs it's the matter of how fast can we pick
back up and start again, it's never to late.I also do the crunches
like you 1/2 in the day 1/2 at night I don't see how any1 can do
100-200 in a row geeeesh I hurt talking about it lol! Have a gr8

hey darlin' - hows the weight loss? what are you at now? i missed you!! haha you the most!!! - anyways, i hope i can get goin' with this again. i've been trying all by myself for a couple weeks and it blows! haha - i just got myself a new visa and totally splurged on ... well.. not so nice food! hah!
but you'll keep me up to scratch won't you love?
