You are so right and I am doing this! I keep thinking of the new pics I will take at Christmas! I can fit in my jeans I couldnt even get over my hips a month ago! It feels awsome! I am gonna get my start pic from my moms tomorrow and do a now pic as well!:D

Hey all sorry and happy late halloween! I had a virus but feeling lots better today! Was awful but i did take my daughter trick or treating and I WAS GOOD! I didnt even want to look at the candy and had eric check it for her! I havent had time to fix my ticker but I am still on track and still losing! I missed you guys but I just fealt so bad for a few days then it hit! I am hoping she dont get it though! I will be back in a few to update and get to diaries!

Ok got up early and done my biggest loser #1 workout and feel great! I am going to be honest i cheated last night for the first time in 3 weeks and i lost a pound! So I think I will allow a cheat day (not overdoing it cheating) once in a while!
 
Good morning girlie!!! CONGRATS on the loss! *OHD shakes her pom poms* A treat here and there won't hurt you, you've gotta live life. The key is to not overindulge, I think I'm getting that under control now, but maaan was it hard to recondition my brain!
 
Ok new week and today I am starting the biggest loser dvd challenge that will go for 6 weeks! I know I will see such a change! I didnt do my atkins all weekend but I havent gained I have maintained! Trying to decide when to start back or rather to just count cals! The biggest loser book I been reading said to find your calories you need daily to lose and not plateau is times your weight by 7! Then you always have a bank of 200 cals for the day with it if you need them! This is suppose to keep you from plateauing! So I will let ya know what i decide on food wise now! Today I am doing cals though because i have no carb free stuff and need to get to the grocery! My jeep wont start and so I am in the process of finding a job! My hun told me if i get one he will get me a new car woooohoooooo so I am goping to find somthing days m-f! I will get to diaries in a bit I have afew more things to do and I will be back!

Awsome guys you are all doing so well! I feel off wagona dn feel awful I mean i really do So in the morning back to my atkins and feeling good again! I cant believe how much a difference the atkins has done I am so excited! Take care and I will get to diaries soon!
 
I wanted to try atkins but I have to keep a low fat diet going because high cholesterol runs in the family. But thats cool it's working for you. I think my mom tried atkins too, but I can't remember...she does every diet and she's thin to begin with.
Now, get back on that wagon!
 
Oh yes there is a workout for the 6 weeks and they are workouts 1-4 I love it but I have to try to restart monday because i didnt do it like i need to for the 6 weeks! But I am feeling awsome and back on track and ready to get this weight gone! I lost 16 pounds in 3 weeks and I blew it one weekend but I am back and started over yesterday and I am going to bump it up big time and get off that and 4 more by the end of the month! Actually want more but I have to regroup here! Yesterday i was 238.8 and this morn i was 237.2!

When i lost the 16 I was at 228.0 so I have to push and get there and beyond to hit my christmas goals so I am going to straiten out my sig and get on track with this!
