Niapage the first with this is and induction phase for 2 weeks! After the two weeks you can add a few things in! If you need to you can stay on this induction phase until your like 30 -20 pounds from your goal but then you have to go to owl phase and premaintanence then lifetime maintanence ( the keys to keeping it off and finding how many carbs a day without regaining)
In induction this is what it consiosts of and what I am basically doing with two friends who are losingdifferent as well
one has only about 30-35 to lose so she lost 5 in 5 days
other 70 pounds and she lost liek me!
The more you have to lose the more you can lose faster!
But we all lose different and there are different things to help in the book!
But here is something to help those interested!
Unlimited foods
Meats ( make sure not cured in sugar and 0 carbs when it comes to lunchmeat and hot dogs etc) Eggs
(we hard boil some also and use as snacks)
ok you can have a cup a day of cooked veges
like cabbage broccoli ( i will try to make a list)
You can have 2-3 cups of raw veges a day also
like any lettuce
mushrooms
cabbage
tomatoe
cucumber
You can use full Mayonaise
Full butter
Full salad dressing <-( just watch carbs)
What we use to snack on
Dill pickles
10-20 olives aday
pepporoni
basically that covers it
BUT 20 CARBS OR LESS IS ALL YOUR ALLOWED AND THEY HAVE TO COME FROM THESE FOODS
NO SUGAR
NO CAFFIENE
This works I am proof and I am happy and satisfied!
I will help as much as I can! I will add more vege lists afterwhile but I am keeping this in here in my diary sense a few of you are interested!
Its common sense and you can eat unlimited but after the first few days you wont want to binge or overeat anymore!

Sorry I wasnt on a lot yesterday and now its 1:12 am tues I will be on later today! I was busy rearranging the living room and cleaning out two big pumpkins for my daughter and hun to carve! Oh and my jeep wont start but I am good and I will be around later on! Hope all of you do well!
Ok i have to be honest and share this! I am still doing my diet and on the right track! I have had some things going on in the past week to really upset me! All this Halloween candy around of my daughters is killing me! I am not craving just wanting lol Its so hard and I am being stron I really am! I think these issues are a test for me not to emotionally eat! I just hope I can hold out and be as strong! Thanks for listening! Love yas!
